Ball Corporation Announces Public Offering of Senior Notes

BROOMFIELD, Colo., March 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ball Corporation (NYSE: BLL) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of Senior Notes due 2026. The exact terms and timing of the offering will depend upon market conditions and other factors. Ball intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to repay outstanding borrowings under its term loan and revolving credit facilities as well as certain short-term borrowings, and for general corporate purposes.
